Be very hard to change the way you play at 31 , he's a whole hearted player who doesn't shirk a tackle, thats his game.

Rowlands is a great player. One of my favourites in recent years.

Rowly is a good player obviously. My biggest criticism is that he sometimes breaks momentum up because he doesn't move the ball quickly enough. I have to agree 100% with the boss on that one. He allows the opposition get back into shape and behind the ball too easily. Same with England in World Cup.

I hope he comes back strong, he deserves a good chance at it after all his bad luck.
