I ordered 3 tickets for Sheffield Utd this Saturday. I never paid any attention to the person I spoke to on the phone in terms of the cost of these tickets etc. Yesterday the tickets arrived in the post, all three of them and an invoice... Wait for it...

3 adult tickets all priced at £25 each totalling £75. There was also an invoice slip in there too which showed the total of ..............................................

£77 - Meaning I was only charged a booking fee of £2 instead of £3.50.
