    Port Vale -expectations

I don't know, but I'm not really expecting a full team bearing in mind the tough trip to Sheffield on Saturday afternoon, and therefore expect either a close victory or us going out 1-0 or penalties.

    Who do you see starting?

German, Parker, Ramage, Borrowdale, Legs will all get a run out I'm sure.

I'd not risk Adel, he's too valuable.

Listened to Warnock's post match interview on radio London in the car journey home and he said he would rest many of those from the game. He said something along the lines of - ask the fans to stick with us and turn up to support even though it would be a much changed team as we have a punishing schedule ahead of us!

I'm actually looking forward to seeing some of so-called second string and what they are capable of..we might just be building a decent squad!!

                2-1 Rangers.

Warnock likes cup runs, and he'll put out a side he genuinely feels is capable of winning this fixture.

For those who haven't seen much of him, sure you will enjoy watching Josh Parker - he will turn out to be one of Rangers best youth products IMO.

A few from sat will play, but it wont be our strongest side....

Warnock said some will need to be rested due to a busy schedule...

Although it will not happen, I would like the strongest team possible as I want another Villa, Man Utd or Chelsea evening away game.

I don't think he'll rest that many. I can see the back four staying the same, with Legs in for Derry, and Clarke in for Heider. I can also see both Adel and Mackie dropped in favour of Parker and Rose. Obviously, this will lead to a formation change. Probably German up top with Clarke?

Either way, we'll be strong enough to beat them.

I wouldn't make a heap of changes. Maybe 2-3 at most. I think keep the back four the same, they need more games to gel.

Give Parker a run out instead of Taarabt but keep Helguson up top for now as he needs games and goals to keep his confidence up. Legs instead of Derry could be another option and maybe rest Mackie.

More or less a 2nd string but a victory nonetheless. I want the red scousers in the 4th round away.
