Talksport this morning SC from Reading

Saying that SC has been heavily linked to the QPR job.

A great manager but he looked really jaded last night, his team selection in my opinion left a lot to be desired he left Kitson and Hunt on the bench and gave a rookie a start in a crucial game.

Not sure if he would fit in with our set up but I think he would be a very very popular choice for the next QPR manager.

I'd still prefer Curbs though if we could twist his arm.

IMO he left Hunt and Kitson on the bench because they've been poor recently. Hunt hasn't scored for 25 games and Kitson is having an awful season. Maybe it was a little risky playing Church and Long, in front of other strikers but sometimes you have to take a risk. They were unlucky on Saturday and should have got something out of the game. Anyway, my boss is delighted and Wembley here we come.

I would love Coppell or Curbs both would be better options than the majority touted for the job.

Would have Coppell over Curbs, with Wild Thing assisting, any day of the week. Sound manager and loads of experience at different levels.

Press conference today at 11am, saying that Coppell will be leaving Reading.

Think he will indicate a break away from the game

Curbishley took a career break which lasted all of 7 months. I can't imagine Coppell will want to stay out of the game for too long.

If Coppell did come I think you can rule out Lita joining us.Got very few games under SC and not even on the bench last night even with others under-performing. Like Funky said I can't believe he left out Kitson and Hunt for two thirds of such an important match. And why did only 19,000 turn up when their team were only 1-0 down from the first leg. That lovely stadium holds at least 25,000.

Watching this makes me think that he won't be coming to us but will take a break as others have predicted. The last fews seconds looks like he's about to cry.

agree with Funky, he looks tired and rather dissinterested lately, think i'd prefer Curbs to Coppell

he had a breakdown when he went to man city, lasting a lunch break...how would he cope with the pressure at mighty qpr and having to deal with interfering director(s)??

                      an absolute no go.

Or start straight away and get sacked in a month or two
