come on - if the take-over hadn't gone through, we'd have dropped back to the First (i.e. Third) Division. A lot of money was spent to keep us up, even though some of it (Vine, Agyemang etc) wasn't invested very wisely!

Well thats rubbish as we were dead certs for relegation the season they took over, we were rock bottom and the only team in the entire football league without a win! Improved we most definately have!

If these guys had not taken over we would be plying our trade in Division 1 and with the ABC debt could have found ourselves in the same situation as Southend United and possibly even Luton.
