I think between all 6 of them they scored about 15 goals last season.

This is going to be a desperate season for many of us.

I have tried to remain positive all summer, but with no strikers in by Saturday I fear for Queen's Park Rangers this season.

We have no strikers and I just can't see where our goals are going to come from.

I can just see attendances dwindling as the season goes on and more fans being disenchanted with our great club.

I will happily take 4th from bottom today.

The expectations are rising for some decent strikers before the window closes. It will be bloodbath on the web if we are let down again....

I have to admit, that I am very concerned too about these strikers. 2 of them were out on loan last year as they werent good enough, Vine has been awful, German isnt ready and clarke we all know doesnt have the best record in the world. However, Warnock couldnt have been clearer that he is still trying to bring 1 - 2 strikers in, so i wouldnt panic too much right now. I am frustrated though that we are mid into the last week of the pre season and nothing has been done about it. Why has it taken so long, i will never know! I can only assume that it has been more difficult to get our targets than expected.

Suspect it will be similar to the formation during pre-season - which means Helguson will be central with Mackie and Ephraim on either side. Even if we bring someone in before kick off, the chances are they would be on the bench as there has been no practice time to fit the system etc....

Think the above will be enough to beat Barnsley, and goals will more likely come from midfield (Buzz) or defence from set pieces?
