Its not typical QPR at all! - We only think it is dragged out because we follow it from the first murmerings of a rumour through to its conclusion. Pretty sure that most clubs take their time over signings because by their very nature, these can be very complex procedures. I agree that it does seem that most clubs announce signings pdq but we dont know what has been going on as we dont follow these ones from the start.

it IS typical QPR - we're useless at the transfer game, and saga's do drag on for ages. Professional outfits (probably where the Manager runs everything) just do the deal and announce.
