The way I see it, this was a rumour on another site which was confirmed by at I’d say at least 2 or 3 people who do seem to have some inside knowledge or the ongoings at LR. They’ve also been proved wrong in the past too, but it’s unusual for 3 or 4 to be singing from the same hymn sheet so-to-speak.
