I think with the exception of scunthorpe we have the worst strikeforce in the league. His record isn't that great, he scored 29 in 89 for carlisle and 14 in 46 for watford. Simpson got 12 in 39 in a team with no support, changing managers every week and he would probably be cheaper.

we are nowhere near top 6, maybe better out there but seems they don't want to move or come to us, you are aiming too high mate, if we were top 6 then i can understand, but we are not and won't be unless we sign strikers better than we have, and he is.Originally posted by DelTrotter View PostBut would any team in the top 6 (where we are aiming) take him? There is better out there to improve our team

Your spot on there quaz, i am aiming to high. If we want promotion we should go out and get a kitson/beattie/roberts(all available) but realisticly we will get a danny graham. As long as he wasn't our main striker i suppose he could be ok, he he hasn't impressed me when i have seen him though.

maybe we should be aiming higher, or maybe the players just don't want to come because of all the crap last season, he would be a good addition even as back up to better.Just imagine we sign a good one you want, he gets injured then we have to use what we have, doesn't bare thinking about.Originally posted by DelTrotter View PostYour spot on there quaz, i am aiming to high.
