Transfers

Dont get me wrong, I love it when we sign a new player.. I love the rumours and especially enjoy getting a good player in!

But, im far happier with the club keeping transfers more quiet and done properly and not rushed into.

It seems like the club is being run more correctly, with transfer being done carefully. Money isnt being splashed about and we arnt investing in anything we can get our hands on.

Warnock knows who we want and we will get his targets.

People my groan at Hill and Derry but by the sounds of it, they have already offered a lot in pre-season and upped the morale within the whole squad!!

For example .. I feel we signed Bent, Priskin and others for the sake of it, for no reason at all.

Not only that but everyone seems to know who we are getting in and I think we are far better off finding out when we sign someone when its official!

Ok its getting close to the start of the season but Im sure we will get players in before hand, and when we do they will deliver like fed-ex

Agree with what you say but the longer we leave to bring in players we need the harder it get's because players sign else where, we have seen this already.

He wanted Ambrose... He got him, but ambrose wanted to stay at palace?

I agree, good post but problem is if some people on here like w12 for example don't see us going in for 20 players a day they cry like babies, he was blaming the board about Ambrose earliar, obvioulsy he knows all the ins and outs of the deal inside out!

NW doesnt feel that he is worth more than 13 or 14k per week and more than 750k he's worked with he knows he's also probably feeling good about akos

This is it... I like how NW wont be driven into paying players thousands.. Ambrose isnt worth that much and we have Akos... IF we cant get someone just as good if not better for an even better cost then so be it!
