I think 2 years.Gives a manager time to assess the players he has and bring in players he thinks suitable.All this six monthly turnaround that we do is ridiculous.

i voted 2 years......should be one year with an option to extend another year if moving forward.

depends how patient flav is intending to be, at the moment anything beyond a year is pointless however i think 2 years is reasonable for a new manager as a rule and thats what i have voted for

Sticking point seems to be the length of contract. Thats not great and means maybe a potential manager is looking for a pay-off if we continue to get rid of managers every 6 months.
