Even Chelsea don't have 4 holding midfielders instead they have players who can adapt to various positions or they use their youth players. Unfortunately we don't have players who would be prepared to adapt and our youth players aren't good enough. We don't need all 4. What we do need is a proper academy and players prepared to play for the team regardless of position.
