If not, I agree. I think with Warnock in charge for the whole season and with the quality we already have we will be up there fighting. Add the likes of McAnuff, Orr and Stead or Henderson we will have a very good chance indeed.

hhhmmm, a dedicated right back instead on using Legs, Connolly or Rambo, Hill at left back with Connolly, Hall & Gorkks protecting the divisions top keeper Kenny, Buzz in the middle with Faurlin with Derry allowing them to do what they do best, Ambrose or McNuff on the right, Two Ball or Mackie on the left with HH, Clarke or whoever else they get that is better up top.............. They above may not be a world cup winning team but it is balanced and I think with their new found enthusiasm and work ethic, they might actually shock a few on here.

now we have orr we are two players away (mcanuff/ambrose and a scorer) from having a shite hot team that can and will beat anyone this season.
so excited, first time in decades as well.

@ jeffro = orr and mcanuff and a striker is plenty for me. would love ambrose as well. when all that happens everything i have said will of been true.

Agree. Stead isn't as bad as people make out and IF we've got Buzsaky, Mackie, Faurlin and McAnuff/Ambrose in midfield then he won't need to score 20 as that lot will score plenty between them.
