Okay, we are clucking and the cold turkey is kicking in.

The World Cup finished a few weeks back and was shoite anyway.

So we need our fix on the old pre-seasons. "How did he do", "so and so never scored, he's gotta go", "He bagged two against the Dog n Duck -- he's the answer" etc, etc, etc.

Get real people.

It's called "PRE SEASON" and means diddly except getting fit and squad bonding.
I've seen moans about the quality of our opposition but hang on a second, when we beat Chel**** I don't recall us excelling that season, we were good but Leroy Griffiths never did make that Champions League appearance did he?

My only consolation is I'm sure fans on the Leeds board were in proper meltdown after they got slapped by Bury who hammered 4 past 'em the other night. It's a football fan thing.

I'll judge all the players, their attitude, the clubs overall approach etc after a few League games - until then I'm counting the hours, hoping for a couple of signings that enthuse and dreaming of a season of either calmness or up the top challenging.
