Positives:

I dont have to watch the class players like routledge, taarabt and simpson.
I get to watch the class of clint hill, shaun derry and leon clarke
I get to watch clint hill getting skinned week in week out
I dont get to watch Taarabt take the p*ss out of opposition players
I dont have to doubt warnock because according to others he is Jesus and can make sh*t players good
I get to watch shaun derry get knackered after 60 minutes
I get to watch Helguson week in week out
Stewart is being given a new contract so i get to watch him skillfully hoof it up in the air
I get to listen to Warnock talk about palace every 5 minutes
I'm going to get a sore neck from all of this hoofball

Actually think the manager contributes more than you think.

Okay, its only a small thing the players already are fitter and meaner than before and i'd bet he has got more respect from the players than anyone before him. Players nowadays need a good a leader as many take playing football for granted.

1) Players playing in their favoured positions.
2) A well balanced and motivated team pulling in the same direction.
3) The fear factor of not performing then being dropped and not getting back in and possibly missing out on something big.
