Totally agree sirpiechucker, why is everyone panicking with 6 weeks to go until the window shuts. It's the same repetitive stuff on this site each day about the striker situation.
How many times does warnock need to say they are looking into different situations and targets and are hoping to secure some deals in the coming weeks.

Laughable if the current group of players gets us promoted.

We had one of the worst defences in the league last season and they are all still here! They won't suddenly become good over the summer.

We had one of the worst goal scoring records in the league last season with only Simpson getting a fair few goals. He has now gone, and he has been replaced by Clarke who got about 5 goals in a relegated side.

I love your optimism. If anything, without Simpson and Tarabat our squad is currently worse than last season. And we just about stayed up last season!

Kicks off in 22 days is all. Pre-season finishes at Harrow Boro in 17 days. We don't have a credible striker to go into the season with. Unless we are bringing in someone so good they will hit the ground running it is time to get twitchy.
