Rangers may have financial problems but the fact that he has turned down the chance to play Champions League football suggests to me that he will surely have better offers in the pipeline than QPR. I wouldn't be surprised if Coyle goes in for him.

According to my boss who is a Burnley ST holder, Eagles is another Taraabt - looks classy but very little end product.

I agree sirpiechucker if I had to put money on where he will end up it would be at Bolton. I do believe though he turned Rangers down as the scottish league in my opinion is a joke, even with champions league football on the table can that make up for playing st mirren and so on, 4 times a year.
The championship is a stronger, more competitive league with a cluster of big teams, and maybe I am being a little unrealistic, If we could prove our intent on making the promise land he might be tempted.
Though I do believe If not a premier league team, the likes of Forrest and Middles borough are more realistic or even blackpool.

You are right about the SPL it's a poor poor league and the Championship is a much stronger and more competitive league. Eagles looks like the type who will chase the money and won't have any loyalty for his club. His nickname amongst the Burnley faithful is "The Hairdresser" - not the worker, or the leader or the White Pele. He's not popular and he dazzles to deceive.

At this level he is a good player but he doesn't think he is this level.
