Do you think hogan deserves a chance?

Hes been unfairly slated on here lately and i think he defo deserves hes chance under warnock this season, i mean warnock sees him in training every day!

As a winger, def not good enough, that leaves center midfield who do you move out to make room for him.........squad player at best.

imo hogan is not a winger.. he had one good spell as a winger in a dire team at one point.

he is however i feel very effective in the buzsaky position (behind front man)

he does possess pace but doesnt really tear away from players.. he is quick, agile and has a trick to get past his man. only thing he lacks is strength.

When he can do the basics of a footballer like Kick with his left foot, then he may deserve more of a chance.
I mean why play a "winger" who cannot beat a man, crossing with his stronger foot is dire and the other foot he cannot even strike a ball with!

Simply not good enough. The reason why he is scoring against pub sides is that is probably not far off his level

i think of all the players over the last few years, he has been given the most chances by the fanbase. I'll admit it, I've never rated him, he's too lightweight, runs around a lot but makes no impact on games at championship level. However, I think that the majority of fans have genuinely wanted the lad to do well and have supported him for ages. Some of these are now coming to the view that he isn't that great.

Having said all that, he'll have my support if he's in the team come august

If NW rates him then that's good enough for me. Yes he's been slated on here but if you look back over the last 12 months every players been slated on here!!

He isn't a bad player at all, he has a good work rate and I can only see him getting better with time and good coaching. He could be a different player for us this season so I would be more than happy to see more of him.

Also bear in mind that other Championship clubs want him so he can't be that bad.
