    QPR at Silverstone

    Hi all,

I saw 4 R's fans at Silverstone today. Only managed to talk to one and only 2 of us in shirts. The others it was just a little U R's from a distance :pleasantsuprise:

I've just been given the new seasons shirt for my birthday so I will be wearing it tomorrow at Silverstone. Give me a shout if you see me I'll more than likely be at the Abbey stand area.

Always great to chat to another fan when out and about. Not to many of us in my area.

The future's bright...the future is blue and white.

Well good luck with the tickets mate. I always watch for an R's shirt if I'm out and about.

Feel free to introduce yourself if you see me (or at least the shirt)

F1 is deadly. Can't understand how people can get excited by watching a car go round and around. Before you say it, I have been once before.

Like tennis. Watching a ball going back over a net.

agreed hammy.......not my cup of dar jeeling but plenty love it.........it'd be more exciting if say a '**** darstedly' car was involved.....pouring oil on the track n blowing smoke in the drivers paths!!...also leaving nuts off wheels during tyre changes!

It's the same when some say they don't understand kicking a ball from one net to the next, it's boring.

Not a great day for qualifying at all but hope the race goes to plan.

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

I'm not an F1 fan myself but with free tickets why not. Fantastic atmosphere and better than I thought it would be.

Would I go again?.....if a few mates went and camped out to get lashed.

Would I pay for the tickets to do that?......no!

Not my thing F1 but it was a good couple of days so wont knock it like I used to before going and actually seeing an F1 race.

A good day out all in all. Saw no QPR fans today though, only 1 hammers fan on a burger bar
