I know Dexter4england is a complete fruit cake but...

I think he may have a point regarding Gary Hooper.
The guy can certainly finish and could be just what we need?

cambridge hoops as you know me and q block pete have spoken to gianni in the flesh and been out for a drink with him the last time was at the southampton home match
q block pete pleaded with gianni to buy sturrock and evans of man city
i pleaded with gianni to buy aaron mclean and craig mackal smith

but all gianni would go on about is ben watson of palace

gianni is a great man but he starts of buying eight center halfs and no full backs now he just keeps on buying midfield players

if you are reading this gianni we need to kick out of the club ayegemang helgerson and de carmine...but need gary hooper and two other strikers
we need fire power up front.......please please please...dexter cant do it on his own

you what??? surely thats logic is it not??? you believe then, that an assistant manager to the Portuguese national sqaud would of have extensive knowledge of the championship before coming here??? wishful thinking somehow

accumulating knowledge on players takes time, something you dont have on day 1 in your job unless your english manager which is why paladini does the job form him. if sousa stays then eventually, you would hope, he could take over from our chairman

Agreed.....but it would help Sousa if we had a decent scouting system in place as well.
                            They seek him here.................

rblockells, if you read my post i stated that initially paladini would have to deal with transfers. however, he has now been with us since November, hasnt he.

so he has had around four months to learn a thing or two on what players would do well here etc etc...and thats why sousa probably brought in lopez...

if sousa wasn't bringing in his own players by now that would say one of two things: sousa is either an incredibly slow learner (from his tactics you'd have to agree:grimace: ) or that there is something wrong with out set up.

Truthfully, paladini still does the majority of dealings and now and again sousa suggests a player or two he would like. thats how its done down qpr:super_man:
