Expectations of the new season.. what are yours?

Final position?
8th, I think the squad currently lacks quality and too much quantity. There are 7 to 9 other teams that are much better than QPR.

Improvements on Last season?
More leadership and passion to win is key, depth and a good striker to score the goals.

Style of play?
I'm afraid it will be kick and run, it won't be pretty football like Magilton, kick it to the big black target man upfront style.

As our squad stands right now i think we will struggle. Where are the goals going to come from? Goals win games and we have no firepower. I don't doubt we will sign a striker or two before the start of the season but as it stands i think we are in trouble.

Like to see us hold our own in the top half of the table all season,and if we can sign a goalscorer or make one out of Clarke/Mackie or whoever we might be able to look towards the play offs.

Agree apart from the style of play, there was no indication last season that NW wanted all route one. I was pleasantly surprised that he allowed Faurlin to run the show and I think he will do the same next season, which is why he has got Derry to protect the back four.

Top ten. We will be harder to beat because we've got more hard guys up for for a fight.. On the downside, there is better quality in this division than last year which was a definite missed opportunity.

Pretty sure the forward line we are looking at now is nowhere near the one we will have on August 7th no matter what people may think. Bit of luck we may make the play-offs.

6,7,8th . should be a close one to the playoffs. I would probably say not quite next season but positives to build on for the following season.

imho....a full pre season under warno....him stop crying over the s...hite from se london....additions to the squad.....a fit again magic martin rowlands.....decent keeper..........im gonna be happy with 8th place or better!....promotion not within our grasps i feel...middlesborough will walk it as their board 'wants' it more!!
