I am still extremely annoyed that Sousa was sacked. That is why I have yet to renew.

I probably will renew, but I have a feeling that just after I do, the club will announce Gareth is taking the job; or some other ill-judged appointment. :anger: . That is my worry.

As someone has correctly said -Neither Dowie or Ainsworth have been able to get consistent results. That aspect is down to injuries and lack of quality.

However, with Sousa we were consistent in our ability to hold teams (ie. draws). All he needed was the return of the absentees (Buzsacky, Rowlands, Vine, Agyemang), and some players of his own choosing (ala Lopez).

As for DFE, he needs a slap!!!! :anger::anger::anger:

Thats the sole reason why i have not renewed, and prob wont now, unless the club stop making this club a laughing stock.

I really cant see that happening in the near future.

For the stat people out there....and i hate stats....i was told that the stats of LDC Dowie and Sousa were very similar.You could have put Rieger in charge of QPR this season with this squad and probably have got same results( Im picking on Rieger as I know he has a sense of humour - something which seems to be missing from people these days).

Our only big improvement this season has been our defence.Most managers do start with that as their foundations.It must be true as i have heard this on the TV.If the powers to be were a little more frugel with their spending - and a little more patient with either LDC DOWIE or SOUSA then one of these three could have taken our team forward.To base or slate any one after 20 odd games is laughable,... end of!

flavio briatore employed sousa on the basis that he would play attacking positive football
abd because sousa loolked good in the interveiw STATING THAT HE AND HE ALONE PICKED THE TEAM
That exactly what sousa and amit wanted to hear
for eight games sousa did everything ok
then he dropped dexter blsackstock even though blackstock was the leading goalscorer
even though blackstock had just scored five goals in the firtsdt eight games
it was pointed out to him that this decesion was very contraversial
but sousa insisted on going ahead
if blackstock had come back scoring hatricks all over the place it could have been a revelation
but it did in fact finish blackstock who never scored agaijn
and also finished our hopes of the play offs
IF SOUSA WAS A MANAGER WHY DID HE LOAN MILLER AND NOT A STRIKER
ALL QPR FANS KNEW WE WERE SHORT OF TWO STRIKERS
why didnt sousa realise this

What in gods name are you rambling about.

So if Sousa had played attractive football and lost every week, that would have been ok would it.
As for the two strikers, sousa stated he was relying on the board to bring in players he needed, if not then he would just have to carry on with what he had, or are you selective in what you read or listen too.

Agree 100%..This club will never go forward when you have owners who think they are managers and a sporting director who thinks he's a top scout.

next manager has not yet been decided but seveal managers in this division are being touted
i would think its going to be possibly dave jones or curbishingly or pardew or coppell someone like that
in other words a specialist in this division

but of course i would appoint gerry francis or holloway or venables
but maybe these guys have already ruled themselves out of the running

but its got to be the right decesion this time
