Why would I be a spurs fan. Jesus. It's because he is doing well there and shouldn't throw it away. He has the chance to manage a Champions League side if they make it through to the group stages. Not rocket science.

He would work wonders with that group of players BUT when you try & fiddle the tax man in this country it scuppers your chances. The F.A. haven't many choices and they can't go foreign again as it just does not work.

They never liked Clough back in the day so he had no chance of the job, same with Redknapp. Capello should do the decent thing and walk. With that ball, Warnock or Olly would have a better chance. Except I don't want Warnock to leave our beloved R's. Hoofball and speedy players probably England's best hope, although our (England's) back five (keeper poss the least bad) looked totally inept today and we don't seem to have enough talent coming through.

to be fair if the FA still didnt like clough characters they wouldnt have gone for mourinho before capello originally. redknapp's tax fiddling is the greater issue.
