leighsy move to northolt there are so many housing association houses,weve got 14 council estates the biggest complex in europe and we are all rangers
so come and join us,none of us pay rent ,we just drink speckled hen ,and throw our vbathroom suite out the back window,the only trouble is there are hardly any pubs left,all the terrible wars have left the scars,but its not hell on earth,and if you fly a qpr flag ,people keep dropping in with lorry loads of stolen goods,so what do you say leighsy,are you comming on board

as i know if u explain to the club and the season has not started then u can have refund. Just one more advise go to yr local cab they well help u sort out yr debits

Sorry to hear your circumstances !

Your purchase is from the club and not the Credit Card company, therefore they would have forwarded on your money. Therefore your only way a creidt card will give you a refund / chargeback and that can happen 1 of 2 ways :

1) If your purchase is under 1 month as some credit card compaines give you that period to clarify your happy with your purchase. You can call them and tell them the reasons why and they will refund it under this condition, or

2) If you can prove the product you purchased is defect or not what you paid for, this will you mean filling forms. e.g. u ordered a blue item and u recieved red or it was broken.

The best way forward is the club. They can refund all purchases at anytime, the best option you have is to call them or go in pearson (this option always is the best, as you can turn on your charm). Explain to them your circumstances, explain you dont have the money to pay the credit card bill and ask them to refund it. This option is less expensive to the club and you are willing to cover all fees (around £10) as the credit card company will claim the money back via a holding reserve. There is no rule from a credit card company that says you cant do a refund so if they give u that as an explination it thier internal policies. Please be nice, be firm as in the current climate i would be surprised if they didnt offer it. Dont forget people will always to what they can to help people they like, the only time to turn nasty is at the very last resort.
