So, this pre-season we play just ONE Football League / Premiership team in the MIGHTY Torquay United and no home friendlies. hmmm
Is that wise? I would have thought that it would be useful to have at least one Premiership opposition...

    Tavistock AFC v QPR - Monday 12th July 2010 - 7.00pm kick-off
    Bodmin Town v QPR - Wednesday 14th July 2010 - 7.30pm kick-off
    Torquay United v QPR - Friday 16th July 2010 - 7.30pm kick-off
    Boreham Wood v QPR - Saturday 17th July 2010 - 3.00pm kick-off
    Equipe Romagna v QPR - Wednesday 21st July - 9.00pm kick-off
    Ravenna Calcio v QPR - Sunday 25th July - 9.00pm kick-off
    Crawley Town v QPR - Wednesday 28th July 2010 - 7.45pm kick-off

Glad they're given a good rest between the Torquay and Borehamwood games though.

Seriously though, does anyone know which games are 1st team friendlies as i would like to see one of them but it looks like with so many games there will be Under 18s or Youth teams put out.
    Queens Park Rangers
    NPower Champions 2010/2011

PREMIER LEAGUE 2011 - ETERNITY (Oh well got that wrong, we'll be back though)

is ok to have a few games against teams of a lower league but this many is ridiculous, surely it would make sense to play some games against better opposition to get up to speed for when we start the season proper cos cruising against the likes of taunton aint of any benefit, but thats qpr circus for you!!!!!!!!!!

Would've been nice to have one "big" game at Loftus Road.

          I thoroughly agree.

It should be a couple against lowly sides to gain a bit if fitness, and after that it sholdget harder so that the playes can be tested out and also to practice tactics.

The better the opposition the harder the workout for fitness and to assess ability.

This set of fixtures is rubbish and Warnock will not learn a lot about his squad. But I guess he has had a large say in the opposition chosen (if not 100%), so he will be blamed or applauded if the season gets under way and QPR get off to a sluggish or great start.

Well, whilst I would think think the West Country part is down to Warnock (close to his home), I suspect that the Italian part was someone else at the club.

I am shocked about our friendlies. All with the exception of Torquay are none-league clubs. Even the Italian sides are unknown!
