Well the first game may not reveal reality of teams. I mean Brazil were crap yesterday, but I think they have plenty to offer in the next two games. I have feeling when Germany play well in the first round, they will get knocked out later. History has shown when they play badly, they win the WC.

its the first game. all teams are going to be a bit cagey and tense. it will open up now and the competition will start improving.
england will win the group, but i have to say i cant see them beating the likes of spain, brazil, holland or germany.

I think the new ball has made teams wary in their first games you can see that with the way the Germans played with confidence as they have been using the ball for the whole of last season. Also the sound of the vuvuzelas has made it difficult for some players to concentrate and communicate, sometimes not even hearing the whistle, players even coming out and saying it.
I think it's time FIFA did something about the noise as it's affecting communication between players and officials, and disrupting the games, it's now got serious. Time to do something before it's too late.
