    Top goal scorer World cup

Having a little look and one value bet I saw:

    Klose - Germany - 33/1

He is the top scorer in world cups I think and we all know the Germans turn it on just in time..
Worth a cheeky e/w bet at least.

I've had an outside punt on Frank Lampard at 66/1.

Takes penalties.. even scores them. Sometimes.

Van Persie should be on fire and is good value.

I put a few quid on Van Persie. He was 33/1 at one point, bit gutted I didn't take it at those odds.

                I got RVP @ 18-1...He's now 12-1.

A mate got him at 33-1 a couple of months back.
                Your mum would love me...

I just saw that...I missed those as well. 18-1 is still great value.

I was going to take 33's but I just don't think the Germans will be top scorers.

I fancy one of the argies if i'm honest.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Higuian is a good shout for the Argies, but knowing Maradona he'll probably have him playing left back.

I always look at 75% of goals being scored in group games, so i guess a decent team in a **** poor group.. Rooney anyone??

i've got a fiver on both Gonazo Higuain and RVP both at around 25/1, although their odds have come in quite a bit since then.

also got a tenner on Klose at about 30/1, as even though he's had a rubbish domestic season, he'll do pretty well at the world cup - and might trade out on Betfair if the opportunity presents itself...

Holland may not get to the finals but Van Persie could have it sewn up in the group stages as they create so many chances and they are playing Denmark, Cameroon and Japan. Could it be a case of fill your boots ?

                              Me??? never!

I have actually had that bet. I don't think he'll be top scorer, I think David Villa will... but I don't see a better bet at 66/1.
He just scores goals all the time, somehow. And if he can do it in a white shirt for a month, then he's good value.
