Massive bottlers in WC tourneys. Loads of tallent, and always have had. Before Xavi, they had Pep. They've never been better than 4th place. I'd honestly not be surprised to see a final without Spain and Brazil. France and Portugal will be the biggest flops and USA or Uraguay to over acheive.
