The draw for the first round of the Carling Cup will be announced on Wednesday 16th June 2010 at 9.30am.

Round One will consist of 70 Football League Clubs, with Burnley and Hull City - being the two highest placed relegated Clubs from the Premier League - receiving a bye to Round Two.

The draw will be both seeded and regionalised.
