This plus the £16m Burnley pick up in parachute payment (with, we now hear, a further £32m in next 3 years which can be borrowed against now) will mean we can't compete with them for any player. Good business for them. Bad news for us.

Parachute payments are there for a reason. They are not provided for clubs to just spend money on new players. Even if Burnley did spend all their money (which they wont) who is going to sign a player 5 mil + in the championship......... Think about it Stan
