if you want to get promoted to the prem then BUY GOOD PLAYERS...
invest say £10 million or more
worse scenario you get into prem and get relegated first season but still pick up around £90million...
better scenario is you reinvest and ADD to the good players you already bought to get you promoted to stabilize as a premiership team (richest league in the world ffs)
