You could play them both, either side of a decent CF/target man, in a 4-3-3.

I give up, Two Ball is not and has never been a CM. He does not have the work ethic or commitment to play the most demanding of positions in a football team and I am shocked anyone would suggest it.Comment

I think both can play in the same team. They did well under Magilton whilst Mahon or Rowlands were fit to play the more defensive role.
Perhaps Warnock will play a 4-3-3 system with Faurlin as the defensive midfielder or he might play Tarrabt as one of the three attackers.

To be honest, I'm not 100% sure what he is.
I don't even think he knows, half the time.
That's up to Warnock to give him a proper role that is best for the team.
As far from our defence as possible, preferably.
