Anyone that knows Pat and Tom, would know they are both QPR through and through and by all accounts its been a tough week.

Tom was rushed into hospital on Wednesday night in a pretty bad way .... however, he is now improving.

So get well soon Tom, the QPR supporters wish you a speedy recovery
