To be honest I don't think we would be where Blackpool are now if we had kept Olly. As Ian "Not good enough for us" Evatt said, Olly has changed his tactics since leaving us. Sometimes a change in jobs benefits people, makes them look differently at what they are doing and the way they are doing it. The break worked for Olly and fair play to him.
