maybe some people are fed up with wasting money.......perhaps some people are fed up with mediocrity........perhaps some want to see the club do something for a change.

if that means we are pathetic....then i'll take that as it's much better than what the missus calls me.

also there is a big difference between not liking a player and thinking a player is shyte.

Classic response, LOL.....we all want the club to do well, change and improve mate...but read the effing post - moaning like bitches coz the 1st couple of signings (of 7) in your mind are **** makes it pathetic. Warnock knows how to build a squad, and knows his footballers better than you and me.....so if he says he needs a lump up front he thinks he can make better (for free) then fair do's! as i said - judge him after 7 signings, and judge him in december....same old moaning, it's boring!

so we have signed Mackie( player with good potential),clarke( utter shyte,& is to lazy to trouble any defence),Hill(slow donkey of highest order) seems pretty nailed on according to sources on here. so by Cliffs reckoning that Ambrose,clyne & danns signing would make it 6 out of the possible 7 signings. yeah that would be a great forward line to look forwards to.....i think not!!!

also said he'd get 'a loan or 2 max' if that spells simpson and Adel...then yes mate the forward line is laughing. add to that a fit rowly, buzz, cook, faulin, ambrose, legs and danns and i like our chances. Plus what if the 7th signing is a well known goalscorer in this league?

so you would be happy for the squad to still be over balanced with centre midfielders,no specialist full back & only 1 striker capable of finding the back of the net. god help us if said person ever got injured as the rest are just not the answer to our striker problems.

i agree with the original post to an extent - i'm happy to let colin get on with it, and while i don't think clint hill's brilliant i can see the logic in getting a bit of experience and grit in the backline, likewise giving clarke a last chance if he thinks the guy's got something - but i really don't know how to look positively at signing shaun derry especially when we've already got gav mahon at the club. sorry to say it but it just suggests he's being lazy and not assessing his squad properly....

looking iffy....but only time will tell....has he ever worked with the luxury of a transfer budget ? does he know how to spend in the transfer market ?

Trust him - people moan about Clarke, he got him on a free and states it's a gamble.

Last summer he signed Darren Ambrose on a free, this season that player scored 20 goals (15 in league) - & people think he's a steal at £750k

Mate, don't throw ur toys out of your pram......if you don't go to the games, your opinions pretty weak anyway. It's not about 'get behind the manager' it's about not being pessimistic, and going out of your way to spread pessimistic views to other fans 3 weeks after ythe end of the season.....what does that accomplish? how does it help? how does not re-newing STs help? How? be interestig to know, coz if it does help maybe we should all do it...........

clyne a full back, agree need an RB but Legs very good there...and that frees up the CM position a bit. plus tarbs can play forward and if we get simpson back and buy hooper we're golden

No mate...if you had gone last season..you may have seen those/our player play, and therefore be able to make an educated, informed opinion........as it is, you can't.
