Clarke played well against us at loftus road this year. Looked sharp and strong. With a good preseason he is a good acquisition to the squad. Gives us something we never had last year which is a physical presence up front.

At last a positive post about Clarke. Now I have to admit that Clarke is not the most inspiring signing, but Warnock has said its someone he has been after for a while and that he has underachieved in the past. With that in mind I am hopeful the Clarke (and Mackie) will do a good job for us next season.
