    Transfer window is officially pointless.

    Players moving from club to club already, I know the deals wont be "officially" ratified by the FA untill July 1st but a done deal is a done deal (Mackie, Ben Foster, the two who have moved from Crewe to Derby, etc).

      It isn't though as you could sign players when you want. Agreed, in pre-season, it is a little daft, but it makes sense while the season is in motion.

          Yeah I meant during the off season obviously. It should open on June 1st not July 1st and NO DEALS should be allowed to happen before. Cant open as soon as the season ends because of the teams in the playoffs who don't know what league they will be in.
