I think the record still stands at 2.7million for Mike Sheron all those years ago.

For a team with serious backing and looking to get into the Premiership we will exceed this figure with a quality singing?

Not while we are in this division we wont,the closest we may come is if we buy Taarabt who could cost us £2-2.5 million
