No chance.
When he came to us he looked like he'd spent all summer at a cake shop.
He'd been told by the person that signed him that he was going to be a future England star, team built around him blah, blah, blah and I think it all went to his head and he stopped trying.
What does surprise me is that Ollie never bombed him out as I got the impression their footy ideas were polar opposites.
But to be fair the little miracle worker seems to be getting the best out of him and an average small squad at the 'pools.
Leave him alone to do his job within a strict budget and -- ta da!I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.Comment

Bigger fail was the fact we signed Stefan Moore instead of Steve Howard - at the time Ollie want Howard and we were close but Paladini said no and signed moore instead. Heard from a fan who met Ollie when he was signing his book in Hammersmith before the plymouth game about 5 years ago or so, i remembered it last night whilst watching the cardiff leicester game!!Comment

Nobody was talking about him before this season. Hind-sight is a wonderful thing. We let him go years ago not last season, so not really egg on our faces.Comment

Evatt was a complete lump, always remember the Watford away game, 3 down all they did was play the ball at Evatt and let the fast forwards run round him , he is poor, Look a Blackpools goals against, terrible.Comment
