I think Warnock likes a direct style ,but it looks like he's "mellowed" in his old age and likes a bit of flair too these days

Thats the impression I get too. NW will style his football on getting the best out of his players, at QPR he now has the opportunity to get players in to suit a style that he wants. I think he will have players in the squad to get a result with style and also to grind out a result.
