            Morrison was out of contract. Palace offered him a new one. Warnock was gutted when Morrison left. Morrison was desperate to come here.

                I've read that warnock opted against re-signing him and told jordan that morrison was a bad influence on younger players.. and that with him being there palace wouldnt move forward, although he'd score 10-15 goals a season
