james see him once at Southend this season and in "that" game he didnt get a look in.Looked average,a tad lazy,and moaned all the time.Bechio on the other hand was a real handfull.Dont forget i am only saying on one game against a very poor side.

My worry is that we seem to rave about him when how many of us have been to see him play? On the plus side, I do for first time in ages have complete faith in our manager making the right choices. Still sounds like a lot of cash though

I hope you're right FC (or AS - adopted son).As you well know I've been fighting Beckford's corner for about 18 months.He's got age and height on his side and bags of ability if he applies himself,and he's also a Shepherds Bush boy. Like Kaspar's Boots,I believe Everton have first option,but he would only be a squad player.My main query is why would Beckford tie himself to a six year deal at £1m a year.That only equates to a little over £19k a week over the year,which,with inflation,won't be worth anything like that in 5-6 years time.But as I said before,I hope you're right.He and Hooper would make a dream partnership if our board and NW could make it possible.Perhaps I'll get to meet you sometime FC ?

Out of all those players I don't want Beckford.

He is very overrated and we could get much better.

Only my opinion , but i think Beckford would score a lot of goals in the ccc, especially with hooper by his side and the quality midfield we're hoping for behind him.

Not sure about him going to the prem yet tbh , too big a jump i reckon.

I would like Beckford, but I think he will stay at Leeds if Leeds will be promoted in Championship, or even he will go to a team of PL.
