Clapham line looks fine this sunday - no engineering works mentioned on Southern Railways site.

The line is fine to Shepherds Bush on Sundays.

It just doesn't go beyond that to Willesden Junction on the weekends. I use that line everyday.

I have to come from Sutton way so was having a look for the weekend as well.

Re Clapham BR to Bush BR - There are works on the overground route but they also run a southern service and its not showing any grief. 2 lines similar route.

Otherwise tube wise - get off at Wimbledon BR. Go over to tube section - Wimbledon to Earls court (district), Earls court to Hammersmith (piccadilly) cross road - Hammersmith to Shepherds bush market (Hamm & city line)

- chaeaper than a cab - this is the route i used to take before the Overground route came in - takes no more than 40 - 45 mins from wimbledon & no disruption this weekend.

Surprising was on the line this morning and there were no posters etc. advertising scheduled engineering works. I will ask at the station this evening.

Im coming in from Gatwick on Sunday. Normally go on the overground via Clapham Junction? Am I correct in saying Clapham Junction to Shepherds Bush is off this Sunday. Anyone suggest any alternatives other than the bus? How long would the bus take? After the match anyone know how much a minicab would be to Clapham Junction?

Hello Mate the trains are fine for CJ to SB they run every 15 & 45 past the hour and returning they are 17& 47 past the hour hope this helps

Or Wimbledon District Line to Notting Hill Gate, then Central Line into the Bush.

Pretty sure London Overground is fine from Clapham Junction to the Bush. Just doesn't go to Willesden Junction.

Its suspended on Sunday BETWEEN Clapham and Willesden. Bus replacement in operation. If this isnt operating Sunday, I would guess Southern trains arent either.

So as I said, Wimbledon to N.H.Gate (district line) and central line in, or Waterloo-Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus then central line.

Rang Southern, was put through to National Rail enquiries and they said Clapham Junction to Shepherds Bush is running as normal on Sunday
