  • 4 Wins away from glory

Just think 5 managers, crap football (for half a season), comings and goings, Quashie, Pellicori, Priskin, Hill, Borrowdale, (to name but a few disasters) Flabio (why oh why), Mahon and Rowly long term injuries and we find ourselves ONLY 4 wins away from a play off place. Yes 12 more points and we would currently be lying sixth and looking at a play off place.

Surely this bodes well for next season with a focused and experienced manager, some much neede stability, a board who seem committed and (much more) in touch with the fans. talk of new striker/s incoming and substanial investment in our own (not loan) players. I feel extremley optimistic about next season. I predict a play off place for QPR, of course a rocky road (as always with rangers) but a very different feel around W12 next season with LR being a much more enjoyable and vibrant place than of late.

Amazing how we can have such a crap season like that and still be so close to the play offs, surely that shows us how easy it would be to get to the Prem, we can do it next year.

True, had we won 5 more matches (where we should had won) it would had been a different season.

not many clubs went 17 games with just 1 win....something like that anyway.

true quaz but i think in terms of quality its hard to put much more than a fag paper between about 10/15 clubs in this division. am sure coventry, say, could point to four matches where they were done by last minute goals etc. compare us to a team like forest or cardif and its clear they had stability and strong options in virtually every position. We had neither so were never going to go up in those circs. afraid the old cliche is true - the table doesn't lie by the end of the season...

                        Shows the warnock effect!

Next season with a stronger squad, and his continued motorvation imo we can get top 6 easy. The teams coming down arnt anywhere near as good as the teams thats came down this season.

Imo 5 or 6 good signings over the summer and no drama we could aim higher than playoffs.
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

think we can safely say there won't be any player power next season.

You can see how much they respect him.

And the fans, other managers would have got slated by now for some of the subs he's made/decisions hes made. eg playing Priskin...

Hes honest, we respect honesty which is why Holloway was such success here. Noones feeding Warnock lines and he anit buying any, everything he does and says come from the man himself.

Fans can see straight through a fake persona. Hes as honest as the day is long, and rather than some bull excuse we just wanna here it as it is.

Good man manager and good at buying players we need, i seriously believe in this team with him in charge.
