It doesnt say what they owe it for just the amount. Cant believe they list people on their that they owe £0.01 to!! Our bit is on page 43, further down the report it mentions that they owe Crouchie £250k amongst others..

Was on TV the other day that they owe the local newsagent's nearly £1000 for their paper bill -- a lot of money for a small business?
And one of the local schools is owed a lot for using their facitilities.
As well as the charities.
Total financial mismanagement.
