Qpr season tickets for young adults

how can they say you have to be aged 16 - 21 to get for young adult ticket then in small print say you have to be under 21 on the 1st august to qualify for it.
by then you wont be able to get it if your 21 youll have to buy adult and also you wont be able to get the early bird offer.
if this is the case shouldnt it be 16-20

Im 21 on Aug 8th, so i just get away with it. Still not getting a ST though. Still too high for what we watch, until they match the talking with actions

Dan had one this season, but was 21 last Deember, so no longer eligible.
It's been 16-21 for about 3 years, I think.
