I think they have done well in reducing the cost of replacing a lost card and also that they have a plan to spread the cost over 3 interest free payments.
However, I don't think it is a good deal overall and feel they could have done more.
They could have had a 10% reduction for all i.e. £550 for a gold ticket, with a further 10% discount for early birds and 5% if they sell 9,000. Perhaps they could also have included 2 cup ties free.
