If he is given a decent transfer kitty then it won't be so important.

Forest spent big and it only took them weeks to gel.

He needs a good size kitty so he can bring in quality.

If we bring in 2 quality strikers then the current midfield minus a midfield general can do a job and possibly a right winger. Cook and Faurlin are already good enough and if we bring in sh ittu then he will bed in just fine with connors.

Well if this club gets there act together and start buying players as soon as the season is over we will have a chance to have the team gel during pre-season. We need to start lining up who we want now and begin to make contact with these players clubs and agents.

The mentality of some of our fans leads me to believe that if the team hasnt fully gelled after 15 games they will want Warnock out.

Neil has a tried and tested way of playing the game. IF he is allowed a major overhaul of this squad, then it shouldnt take long as he knows this division like the back of his hand and will probaly be bringing in players he knows can do the job suited to his style.

He also said players will be bought sooner rather than later as he likes things in place as quick as poss.

If they are GOOD players then it shouldn't take long to gel at all. If they are rubbish players then it will take much longer.

Man City are having a decent season with a whole new team as are Forest in this division because both teams bought good players who understand the game of football.

Everytime I hear talk about gelling etc I laugh...its a excuse fans and managers use if things dont go well.
