Would We Have Been More Secure..if We Had Not Been "fan" Influenced

I understood Warnock's decision for FIVE reasons:
1. He's constantly banging on about lack of presence up front.
2. Stewart has physical presence.
3. No one else in the side or on the bench did.
4. We were 3-0 down already and he had to try something different.
5. Stewart is our highest scoring defender over the past 2/3 seasons.
Is that clear enough?Comment

So, with Fan's Forum banned under the Flavio/GP regime, which fans were in a position to influence? Surely only those with access to those who could make decisions. I'm not suggesting you had any direct decision making, but you certainly had GPs ear and could express your views (indirect influencing) through your unofficial fans forum
So, perhaps the question should be:-
Should Qpr (not 'we') have distanced themselves (not ourselves) from the views of WATRBs which were never representative of the whole fan base?
Can you even appreciate the concern you have caused by having access to senior personnel when others didn't have that privileged opportunity? Do you comprehend the hypocrisy of posting rumour as fact, or fact as fact, when these stories have obviously come from inside sources, at a time when Sousa was sacked for the very same thing?
Don't come the 'fans' lark with me Pete - for once why don't you come on your own board and mention things you are proud of and things that, with the benefit of hindsight, you wish you hadn't done. Or perhaps you feel your involvement over the last few years is 100% commendable?
Your views would be appreciated as it's important to admit to any potential errors before we can move on, and I know moving on is something you say you're keen to do.
To start rebuilding your reputation, let's hear it.....Comment

Absolutely spot on.The main problem was not so much with off-loading these player but that those who were brought in to replace them were even worse.
That said I was always for giving Helguson more of a chance and was always undecided on Hall (cd look v accomplished one minute then a liability the next). Agyman was not producing at all and cannot regret his departure, even now - its his potential coming back that worries me...
Selling Routledge, and loaning out Helguson, Agyemang & Hall could have worked out well, if QPR had gone out and signed Daryl Murphy and Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, rather than Priskin and Bent.
Also, if a better keeper than Ikeme (can't be that hard) had been signed, I don't think QPR would even still be in a relegation fight, but instead looking forward to next season.
I also said that I would rather have recalled Helguson and given him some games to rediscover his form. But even if he failed, I would still rather he was sitting on the bench at QPR, rather than helping Watford to move above QPR.
There was also the option of replacing Hall with another centre half, but that didn't happen either.Comment
