Based on what Stanley? Being a grumpy old sod as mentioned above, or has he watched and studied him play for past 6 months or does he not trust NW's judgment?
That's the problem with us rangers fans,we pre judge players before they even kick a ball.
Faurlin a bit like ward from down under - was meant to be the next messiah.Ward failed but faurlin has come good - but not before he has come under a lot of stick.
If i'm right, this is NW's first signing" albeit on loan,my attitude will be to at least watch him play once before making any snap decisions.Or maybe it's because it is a NW signing that Pete objects to??Comment

Yes, Spencer, yours is a fair point as well. I'm happy to see. Happier still if he proves to be a wunder signing. But I fear it is indeed a probability that he isn;t going to be any better than Gary B. The fact that most of us know nothing about him doesn't inspire confidence. NW can't know anything about GB can he? But looking at the evidence we do have - Tosic isn't playing 1st team football in the dead ducks of the Prem, he is clearly on a downward spiral rather than climbing up in his career, he has no substantive interest in the rangers for any length of time etc.
You gotta say, it isn't a signing that makes you go ooh. In all likelihood he is plugging a hole and that's about all that can be said. No worse but probably no better either. That's all.Comment

P.S to be on the grumpier side - I have seen his wife now, since others had mentioned her. I think she's dog rough. If we wanted totty on the SAR we could have done much better. Bring back Williams. And Crouch. And sign Rednapp as something.Comment
